The Person Behind the Organization

With over 10-years in the training industry, Nancy von Hapke president of 3D Training and Marketing uses her expertise and professionalism to design, develop and deliver training products that provide dynamic, innovative training techniques to corporations infusing adult learning principles with creative and interactive delivery methods.

She specializes in Business and Retail Sales, Call Centre Solutions, Customer Service and Management training divisions and has provided training solutions to numerous national and regional corporations in various industries, which include Telecommunications, Banking, Insurance, Retail and Finance.  Sears Canada, Hepcoe Credit Union, Manitoulin Transport, CI Funds, Law Society of Canada, Bell Canada, Astrazeneca and BOC Gases are just a few of her clients in various industries.

Using effective communication and building great rapport with her clients, Nancy and her team will evaluate the needs of the client, and develop a complete curriculum of customized training products that enables her clients to exceed their customer’s expectations, improve interpersonal management skills, achieve business goals and improve overall company performance.

Her passion for training and knowledge of the industry has been shared with individuals across the country during keynote speeches at various organizations and associations including Ontario Society for Training and Development (OSTD), International Customer Service Association (ICSA),  and the Contact Professionals Alliance (CPA).
